Password Policy

1. Passwords must be eight characters or greater

2. Characters must be a mix from some or all of the following groups:

   1. English uppercase characters (A... Z).

   2. English lowercase characters (a…z).

   3. Base 10 digits (0…9).

   4. Non-alphanumeric characters selected from the following: ! “ $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ = + [ ] { } ; : ‘ @ # ~ , < . > / ? \ |

   5. Do not use £, € or a SPACE.

Data formatting

1. Clean data to be used, once received direct from HMRC would be preferable.

2. Password protection removed.

3. The data must include the original HRMC header titles

   1. Import MSS data = 40 header/columns. (Download Sample)

   2. Import CDS data = 49 header/columns. (Download Sample)

   3. Export MSS data = 27 header/columns. (Download Sample)

4. mport MSS and Import CDS, must be uploaded as separate data files, do not merge the 2 data.

5. See Data Upload template examples for you to check your headings.

6. No formulas are in, or any notes placed on cells.

7. No multiple TAB’s – all data to be on one TAB only

8. Once uploaded and you delete the data, you cannot upload the file again with the same name, you must change the name and then upload

C360 will confirm if the data upload is successful or not, if not one of the above reasons may relate to the issue.

When uploading data..

The uploading step will ask for the below to be input/confirmed:

1. Is your data Import or Export?

2. Your EORI number

3. What Currency is the data in?

Uploading speed

The uploading speed will be determined by the size of the file you are uploading and the broadband speed of your location.

A circle Icon will show confirming the processing of the data.

If you upload a number of files, one after another they will sit in queue.

Once data is in, instant results will show.
